The explosion-proof wiring method is suitable for various hazardous locations and is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS, and other control systems. It can simultaneously achieve on-site alarm warning, 4-20mA standard signal output, and relay switch output.

Function and role
The sampled gas first passes through a filter to remove dust and impurities, and then is pumped by a sampling pump to the flowmeter to control the flow rate of the incoming gas (the flow rate of the flowmeter is generally controlled at 0.3 to 0.5L/Min)." Finally, when it comes to the instrument inspection (the working environment of the instrument needs to be used in a working condition of -20° to 60°), the water produced by the filter needs to be manually drained.
Consumables
The service life of the sensor is approximately 1 to 3 years and it is a consumable. The specific usage time depends on the detection environment.
2. If the color of the chip inside the filter changes, it needs to be replaced. The approximate service life is about 3 months, depending on the testing environment.
The sampling air pump has a service life of approximately one year.
