On-line dust concentration detector product features

Installation requirements and specifications for dust concentration measuring detector:
1: dust concentration measuring instrument, fixed, the design institute generally requires line installation
2: The place where the belt is transported is installed between 0.5-2 meters above the transfer point
3: production workshop, installation workshop pillars or about 2.5 meters on the wall
4: Where there is a grinder, install it between 0.5-2 meters above the grinder
5: The place where coal powder, flour, etc. are stacked is called the production point and installed above the production point. For example, coal powder is 15 meters high and should be installed 0.5-2 meters high, that is, about 18 meters.
Installation Method
Users can design their own fixed way. However, care should be taken to keep the sensor face of the probe perpendicular to the ground. After the probe is fixed, remove the screws on the upper cover of the shell, and insert the shielded (three-core 3 × 1.5mm) transmission cable through the wire passage. It is recommended to use shielded soft core (3 × 1.5mm) cable and connect the cable to the terminal position. After checking that the wiring is firm, fix the cable and the upper cover of the housing.
