Installation position of online oxygen concentration detector
According to the specific gravity and wind direction of the gas, the detector should be installed within one meter from the place where the gas may leak, so that the actual response speed of the detector is relatively fast. Otherwise, the concentration of combustible gas or toxic and harmful gas at the place where the detector is installed may not exceed the standard, while the local gas at the leak point has exceeded the standard, but the detector and the host cannot alarm.
The height of the detector should be more than 30cm from the ground to prevent water from splashing in. In general, the detection of harmful gases with a specific gravity less than that of the air, the probe should be installed above the house or equipment; the harmful gases with a specific gravity greater than that of the air, the probe should be installed close to the ground. The probe of the detector shall be installed downward. If it is installed outdoors, a rain shield shall be installed above the detector.
Note: The detection range of each probe in the open area is 60 square meters, and factors such as gas diffusion, wind direction, temperature, humidity and regional closure should also be considered. Protection measures such as dustproof, waterproof and high temperature protection should also be considered during installation.
Installation Method
Users can design their own fixed way. However, care should be taken to keep the sensor face of the probe perpendicular to the ground. After the probe is fixed, remove the screws on the upper cover of the shell, and insert the shielded (three-core 3 × 1.5mm) transmission cable through the wire passage. It is recommended to use shielded soft core (3 × 1.5mm) cable and connect the cable to the terminal position. After checking that the wiring is firm, fix the cable and the upper cover of the housing.
