To enrich the employees' spare-time cultural life and enhance team cohesion, last weekend, Shenzhen Dongri Yingneng Technology Co., Ltd. organized all its staff to go to Xinjiang for a unique team-building trip. During the eight-day trip, we crossed the northern part of Xinjiang and experienced its unique natural scenery and cultural customs.

The first stop: Kanas Scenic Area
Kanas, known as the "Paradise on Earth", has crystal-clear lake water, is surrounded by mountains on all sides, and is covered with lush primeval forests. Everyone took a boat tour to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains, strolled along the lakeside boardwalk, and felt the tranquility and beauty of nature.

The second stop: Hemu Village
Hemu is the northernmost village in western China, where the primitive natural ecology and ancient traditional culture blend together. The wooden hut, the curling smoke from the chimneys and the herds of cattle and sheep form a peaceful and beautiful picture. Here, we temporarily forgot the hustle and bustle of the city and fully enjoyed the idyllic comfort of the countryside.

Stop 3: Devil's City, Wuerhe World
Devil's City is a typical Yardang landform scenic area. Over millions of years, the erosion of wind and rain has formed various landform wonders. Everyone took the small train through the area, marveling at the wonders of nature and taking photos as souvenirs one after another.

The fourth stop: Sayram Lake
As the highest and largest alpine lake in Xinjiang, Sayram Lake has clear and transparent water that presents a charming blue color under the sunlight. We strolled around the lake, gazing at the snow-capped mountains in the distance and the sea of flowers up close, all of which left us spellbound.

Stop Five: Nalati Grassland
This place is known as the "Aerial Grassland", with a high altitude, vast grassland and herds of cattle and sheep. Everyone rode horses and went hiking, experiencing the life of grassland herdsmen and feeling the magnificence and vastness of nature.

Stop 6: Duku Highway
We took a car through the Duku Highway, which is known as the "Scenic Road of Tianshan Mountains". Along the way, a variety of landscapes such as snow-capped mountains, canyons, grasslands and forests alternate, leaving everyone dazzled and full of admiration

This trip to Xinjiang not only allowed everyone to appreciate the magnificent landscapes of our motherland, but also deepened mutual understanding and enhanced team cohesion during the journey. I believe that in the future work, everyone will surely join hands with greater enthusiasm and higher morale to create a bright future for the company!
