The online combustible gas concentration detector HNAG1000 is suitable for real-time and accurate detection of gas concentration and leakage in various environments. Engineered with a robust 316L stainless steel housing and highly sensitive electrochemical detection principles, this fixed H2S gas detector provides continuous and reliable monitoring of toxic hydrogen sulfide levels.
Advanced Sensor Technology and Core Components
Equipped with advanced internal components, it uses imported catalytic combustion, infrared sensor and microcontroller technology. (Note: specifically configured with an electrochemical sensor for H2S detection). It has fast response speed and measurement accuracy. High, stability and repeatability.
The CH4plosion-proof wiring method is suitable for various dangerous places, and is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems. The 316L stainless steel shell ensures maximum corrosion resistance against harsh toxic gases.
Intuitive Interface & Easy Calibration
The device is designed for ease of use in the field. 2.5-inch high-definition color screen (TF) displays real-time concentration, temperature, humidity. The standard infrared remote control enables operation without opening the cover in dangerous situations.
Automatically tracks zero point to prevent drift, temperature compensation, multi-level calibration, and can comply with national standards and local and provincial metrology bureau standards in various regions.
Versatile Signal Output & Wiring Design
Seamlessly integrate this detector into your existing industrial infrastructure. Standard bus RS485 and 4~20mA standard signals are output simultaneously, 1 set of relay switching output, optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, 1~5V output, wireless transmission (10-50 kilometers or unlimited distance).
Field Installation & Application Scenarios
Proper installation is critical for toxic gas monitoring. Under normal circumstances, to detect harmful gases with a specific gravity less than that of air, the probe should be installed above the house or equipment; for harmful gases with a specific gravity greater than that of air, the probe should be installed close to the ground. The detector should be installed at a height greater than 30 cm from the ground to prevent water from splashing in.
The detection range of each probe in the open area is 60 square meters, and gas CH4pansion must also be considered. Application scenarios include petroleum and petrochemical, chemical plants, smelting plants, steel plants, coal plants, thermal power plants, medical research, pharmaceutical production workshops, sewage treatment, and tunnel construction.
