The online combustible gas concentration detector HNAG1000 is suitable for real-time and accurate detection of gas concentration and leakage in various environments. Built with a rugged 316L stainless steel housing, this Ex gas detector is engineered to endure harsh industrial conditions while maintaining exceptional performance.
Advanced Combustible Gas Detection Technology
It uses imported catalytic combustion, infrared sensor and microcontroller technology. It has fast response speed and measurement accuracy. High, stability and repeatability. This guarantees that your industrial gas process control and hazardous site safety protection remain uncompromised.
Intuitive Interface and Calibration
Operating the device is straightforward and user-friendly. 2.5-inch high-definition color screen (TF) displays real-time concentration, temperature, humidity. The standard infrared remote control enables operation without opening the cover in dangerous situations.
The instrument has a total of 3 buttons, namely "Add/Cancel", "Function/Confirm", "Move Right/Move Down". Automatically tracks zero point to prevent drift, temperature compensation, multi-level calibration, and can comply with national standards and local and provincial metrology bureau standards in various regions.
Versatile Signal Output and Wiring Design
This industrial gas detector is highly compatible with existing infrastructure. Standard bus RS485 and 4~20mA standard signals are output simultaneously, 1 set of relay switching output, optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, 1~5V output, wireless transmission (10-50 kilometers or unlimited distance).
LORA and Zigbeg modules can be built-in for short-range wireless transmission; GPRS/4G modules can be CH4ternally used to transmit remote data to the cloud platform, and historical records can be viewed on computers and mobile phones without distance restrictions (optional).
Field Installation and Application Scenarios
The CH4plosion-proof wiring method is suitable for various dangerous places, and is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems.
According to the specific gravity and wind direction of the gas, the detector should be installed within one meter from the possible gas leakage location, so that the actual response speed of the detector is relatively fast. Application scenarios include petroleum and petrochemical, chemical plants, smelting plants, steel plants, coal plants, thermal power plants, tunnel construction, oil pipelines, and gas stations.
