This gas pretreatment device is specially designed for high-dust working conditions. Its core components include a filter, air pump, flowmeter, connector, PTFE tube, power supply, time relay, condenser, seven-inch LCD touch screen, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and other parts. Its main function is to adapt to high-humidity environments, achieve efficient dehumidification through an electronic condenser, and control the peristaltic pump to automatically drain water in conjunction with a time relay. The device operates in a negative pressure environment and is suitable for scenarios without corrosive gases. At the same time, it utilizes the coordinated effect of solenoid valves and time relays to perform regular purging on the pipelines, effectively preventing dust blockage and water vapor residue inside the pipelines. For working conditions with only a large amount of dust and no moisture, the electronic condenser and peristaltic pump components can be flexibly reduced. The device is by default equipped with a cold-rolled steel plate outer box, and it can also be customized as an explosion-proof outer box according to requirements.
